A weekend maintenance job ran longer than usual and as users in APAC began logging in on Monday morning system memory usage spiked causing errors and degraded performance. The maintenance process was stopped and users were again able to login. A new maintenance plan and process will be implemented to handle large jobs and additional monitoring is being added.
