We’re back in action. The issue affecting Studio Prime Integrations, Update Project Copy, and Session Finalization has been resolved. If you were previously experiencing issues, please restart Revu to reconnect to your Studio Session or Studio Project. We apologize again for any inconvenience.

Studio Prime Integrations, Update Project Copy, Session Finalization jobs are continuing to process. We’ve experienced a higher than normal volume of jobs to process this week. Our teams have identified a large number of duplicate API job submissions and have effectively reduced that number this evening which has provided a positive impact to the overall systems ability process Jobs in our queue. We are continuing to monitor our progress overnight. We’ll continue to inform you of any additional updates.

Update Project Copy jobs are continuing to process, albeit a little slower than normal. We’ve experienced a higher than normal volume of jobs to process, so please be patient . We will continue to monitor this issue and inform you of any updates.
