Document processing stopped after an internal component ran out of memory. Addressing the memory issue and restarting the impacted component allowed document processing to resume. Additional monitoring is being added.

FYI, as part of our process we post an interim update once service is operational, and then we monitor performance before officially closing out an issue and sending a final notification.
